Summer holiday ...stress

.
I am sure some of you might have observed that I have not been consistent with the publishing of my blog over this summer break. It has been very beautiful, exhausting, and exciting. I have struggled with juggling the blog, work, and the family life. I am happy to say that school will resume soon and things should improve. I was just thinking of various things we can do alongside work/ business and family life that can help us to relax or manage stress level.

I have come up with five different tips that have helped me, but when I swerve, I tend to struggle:

·                     Prioritise task or chores per day; Don't be upset with yourself if you cannot cover all task
·                     Learn to take a break: Trust me it is essential
·                     Love yourself without excuse: I am sure someone might think it sound selfish. Treat yourself.
·                     Have a gist partner it helps to take your mind off some things.

    • Have a relationship with God; Faith is a lifeline or hopes to cling on when the tide is low. It has helped over the years as beams of hope and life at the end of the tunnel. My observations over the years are those who practiced one religion or the other have something to cling onto at roughest time than those who do not and may crumble at toughest time.
